These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published by Religix, including Bhaktee and Gloree (each, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account, created via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email-based authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases & Auto-Renewal
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases, sold and processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not by itself cancel a subscription. Except where required by law or store policy, payments and in-app purchases are non-refundable, and any virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing it through unauthorized means, infringing the rights of others, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Where the App offers community features, you agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or offensive content.
6. Spiritual Content Disclaimer
The App provides devotional, scriptural, and educational content for personal spiritual practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Religix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you create; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Religix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Effective Date” above, and your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
