What is Bhaktee?

Bhaktee is a Hindu spiritual practice companion app designed for modern devotees. It offers daily sadhana tools including mantra japa, Panchang calendar, Puranic stories, meditation timers, and a personal digital Mandir. Available on Android and iOS.

How do I restore my premium subscription?

Open Bhaktee, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap Manage Subscription. If your subscription is active in the App Store or Google Play, your premium features will be restored automatically. Contact admin@religix.com if issues persist.

Is my data private?

Yes. Bhaktee is built with privacy at its core. We do not sell or share your personal data. Panchang calculations happen on your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Bhaktee. On Android: Google Play > Subscriptions > Bhaktee.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try: (1) Force-close and reopen the app. (2) Update to the latest version. (3) Restart your device. (4) Email admin@religix.com with your device model and app version.

How do I change my Sampradaya or Ishta Devata?

Open Settings and look for Sampradaya or Ishta Devata options. You can update your tradition and preferred deities at any time.

What are Punya points?

Punya points reward consistent spiritual practice. Earn them by completing daily practices, reading stories, taking quizzes, and watching optional reward videos.

Do I need an account to use Bhaktee?

No. Most features work without signing in. Creating an account (via Sign in with Apple or Google) lets you save progress, sync across devices, and join community features.
